Is there a way to hook up a DVD player to a flat screen computer monitor? - flat screen with dvd
I see a DVD on a large flat screen that can not afford to buy a large TV screen. How do I connect my DVD player to my big flat-screen computer monitor? Is there an adapter, you can use for this? I thought if I connect my DVD player to my flat-screen computer monitor might, I can use it as a sort of large screen TV, every time I films.

If you have installed a DVD player on your computer, you can do. To connect a standalone DVD player, you need to buy a TV tuner (they are cheap) and buy in connection or a DVD player for your PC. You need to use some kind of video in your computer to an external device to help if they do not have adapters.
You need a video capture card on your PC. Your DVD player to the capture card is connected and you can see the image on the monitor. Make sure that you have a card that has the correct input ports that work with the output of the DVD.
